  Privacy Policy

The personal data I collect about you will include data relating to your name and address, and the health and history of your animal. 

Personal data will be securely stored for a minimum of 7 years, as advised for insurance reasons, and will only be used by myself for core business purposes and communication with you. Data relating to your animal(s) will be a relevant record of your animal(s) and any changes that may occur in their health, well-being or performance. 

You may have access to your personal data, the right to rectify it, and have the right to ask for it to be erased 7 years after last business related communication. 

Should you have a complaint, you have the right to request contact details of the supervising authority / Association in order to lodge this. 

Your personal data will not be shared without your consent. Data relating to your animal(s) may be shared with your vet in order to provide appropriate care for your animal(s). It may be shared with other animal health professionals, with your consent, for the same reason.

Your animal must be registered with a vet prior to my visit and I may need to contact them to discuss your animal or ascertain whether specific techniques or modalities are appropriate for the case.  Any information given to me by your vet will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Costs will be advised depending on the service required. Virtual appointments and clinics are to be paid in advance, on booking. In-person appointments are to be paid on the day by cash or bank transfer. Non-payment will be subject to a compensation fee of £40 after one calendar month. After two months, a legal claim will be filed, with interest of 2p/day payable from due date.

CANCELLATIONS

While I understand that circumstances change, I am often unable to fill appointments at short notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hrs prior are liable for half the cost of the booked number of animals, and cancellations within 24 hrs will be charged the full amount. This is at my discretion, and may be waived for genuine unavoidable circumstances. Every effort will be made to reschedule when possible.
